Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. If the tour is cancelled in advance, 14 days or more, a full refund is offered (or you can choose to have a credit to rebook another date within 12 months of the cancellation date)
2. If the tour is cancelled in advance, 7 days or more, a 50% refund is offered (or you can choose to have a credit to rebook another date within 12 months of the cancellation date)
3. If the tour is cancelled less than 7 days in advance, no refund is available. You can choose to have a credit to rebook another date within 12 months of the cancellation date.
